Refund and Return Policy
What items are returnable?
- Within 7 days of order delivery.
- In unused and original condition.
- You can exchange the product for a different size.
- Returns must be requested with original tags & unused products.
- The order exchange can only be done once and cannot be returned or exchanged after that.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- No returns/exchange on products purchased during events and sales.
- Discounted items (if applicable).
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty or damaged, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow size exchanges for the same product purchased. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
We offer the following refund options:
- For Prepaid Orders – Refund to original payment method within 7 to 13 days.
- For COD Orders – Refund via UPI / Bank Transfer within 7 to 13 days.
- Refund amount will not include Shipping Charges and COD fees.
How do I ship back the items?
- We will initiate a return pickup through our logistics partner within 2-3 days of your return request.
- For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
- You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within 7 – 13 working days after approval.
